Effects of environmental factors on the growth of Lactobacillus spp

  • 摘要: 在实验室条件下测定pH、温度、盐度和溶解氧对乳酸杆菌LH生长的影响。结果显示，在起始pH 3~10的范围内，乳酸杆菌LH都能良好生长，最适pH为6~7；在5~30℃范围内，随着温度的上升，乳杆菌LH的生长加快, 在30~40℃，乳酸杆菌LH生长速度基本一致；在盐度0~40范围内，乳杆菌LH能较好地生长，其生长速度随着盐度的上升而下降；在不同氧气条件下，乳杆菌LH都能良好生长。表明乳酸杆菌LH对环境条件能很好地适应。

     

    Abstract: The effects of environmental factors on the growth of Lactobacillus spp(LH) were studied under the condition of laboratory. The results showed that the strain can grow weu under temperature of 15~40℃,salinity of 0~40 and pH 3~10,with optimum condition of 30~40℃, salinity 0 and pH 6~7. LH can grow under any DO condition. LH can adapt environmental conditions well.
