金属蛋白酶对奥尼罗非鱼生长、消化率及非特异性免疫功能的影响

Effect of the metalloprotease on growth performance, digestibility and non-specific immune of hybrid tilapia Oreochromis niloticusO.aureus

  • 摘要: 在基础饲料中分别添加0、0.03%、0.05%、0.10%的金属蛋白酶,饲喂奥尼罗非鱼56 d,测定奥尼罗非鱼的生长、消化率及血清溶菌酶活力和超氧化物歧化酶活力(SOD)。结果表明,添加0.10%的金属蛋白酶显著提高了奥尼罗非鱼的增重率(P<0.05),降低了饵料系数(P<0.05);添加0.10%的金属蛋白酶显著提高了奥尼罗非鱼对蛋白质的表观消化率(P<0.05),添加0.05%和0.10%的金属蛋白酶均显著提高奥尼罗非鱼对干物质的表观消化率(P<0.05);在血清酶活力方面,添加0.10%的金属蛋白酶组SOD活力比对照组高(P<0.05)。因此,饲料中添加金属蛋白酶能显著促进罗非鱼生长和营养物质的利用,提高罗非鱼血清SOD活力。

     

    Abstract: The effects of adding different level of metalloprotease in the diet on growth performance, apparent digestibility and non-specific immune of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus O.aureus )were investigated. Four different diets were fed to fish for 56 days:a basic diet as control and three diets supplemented with 0.03%,0.05% and 0.10% metalloprotease. Fish fed with the diet added 0.10% enzyme had significantly higher weight gain and lower feed conversion ratio (FCR) than that of the control group (P<0.05). Furthermore, the addition of the 0.10% metalloprotease had positive effects on the protein apparent digestibility (P<0.05) and dry matter apparent digestibility (P<0.05), and the level of 0.05% also improved the dry matter apparent digestibility significantly (P<0.05). Superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity in tilapia serum was significantly higher than that of the control group when the fish fed with the diet supplemented with 0.10% metalloprotease. In conclusion, the addition of dietary metalloprotease had significant positive effects on growth performance, protein digestibility and nutrient utilization of tilapia, and enhanced the activities of SOD in tilapia serum. 
