环境因子对胶州湾移植底播菲律宾蛤仔滤水率的影响

Effects of environmental factors on the clearance rate of the transplant enhanced Manila clam (Ruditapes philippinarum) in the Jiaozhou Bay

  • 摘要: 在实验室条件下对胶州湾移植底播菲律宾蛤仔的滤水率进行了研究。结果表明,不同温度、盐度、pH值条件下的蛤仔滤水率差异显著;2、3龄蛤仔滤水率随环境因子的变化趋势呈极显著正相关。在设定的环境因子梯度下,蛤仔滤水率随着温度、盐度、pH值的升高呈现先增大、后减小的趋势。最大滤水率分别出现在温度23℃、盐度30、pH值8.2。

     

    Abstract: he effects of environmental factors on the clearance rate (CR) of the Manila clam (Ruditapes philippinarum) were studied in laboratory. It showed that the clearance rate of the Manila clams was significantly affected by the water temperature, salinity and pH. The changing tendency of CR at age 2 was significantly positively correlated with that of age 3. In the experimental range, the clearance rates increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the temperature, salinity and pH. The maximum clearance rates appeared at temperature 23℃, salinity 30, pH 8.2, respectively.
