水泥池养殖方斑东风螺Babyloniaareolata的生长特性

The growth characteristics of Babylonia areolata in outdoor tank culture

  • 摘要: 对室外水泥池养殖方斑东风螺的生长特性进行了研究。对1龄内不同生长发育阶段的1 400余个方斑东风螺的壳高、体重生长参数进行测量和分析,结果表明:(1)水泥池养殖方斑东风螺壳高和体重呈幂函数关系,W=0.2349H2.89(R2=0.9822,P <0.01);(2)1龄内养殖方斑东风螺的壳高生长曲线和体重生长速度曲线呈现出不断升高趋势,壳高日均增长和体重日均增重为0.11 mmd-1和0.03 gd-1;壳高特定增长率IGRH和体重特定增重率IGRW平均为0.69%和1.96%;养殖方斑东风螺在1龄以内为快速生长期,远没有达到生长的拐点;同时,方斑东风螺的生长明显受水温影响,当水温降到20.2℃时,其日均增长和日均增重降到最低,分别为0.09 mmd-1和0.01 gd-1;特定增长率和特定增重率分别降到0.42%和0.64%。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the growth characteristics of Babylonia areolata in outdoor tank-culture was studied. The body height and body weight of 1 400 samples at different growth stages in one year old age were measured. The results indicated that: (1) The relationship between body height and body weight growth equations of artificial tank-culture B. areolata could be described by the power function, W=0.2349H2.89 (R2=0.9822,P0.01); (2) The body height and weight growth curve of B. areolata in one year old age was rising gradually. The velocity of growth was 0.11 mmd-1 in terms of body height, and 0.03 gd-1 in terms of body weight. The instantaneous growth rate was 0.69% in terms of body height (IGRH), and 1.96% in terms of body weight (IGRW). It showed that they grew very quickly in one year old age, and without growth turning point. At the same time, the growth of B. areolata was significantly affected by water temperature. When the water temperature decreased to 20.2℃, the velocity of growth of body height and weight were decreased to 0.09 mmd-1 and 0.01 gd-1, respectively, and the IGRH and IGRW were decreased to 0.42% and 0.64%, respectively.
