坛紫菜优良品系申福1号苗种培育技术研究

A research on the technique of conchosporelings about the premium strain of Shenfu No.1Porphyra haitanensis

  • 摘要: 试验于2003~2005年连续进行了3年。申福1号的贝壳丝状体培育条件与传统品种基本相同,但也有不同之处。培育良好的申福1号贝壳丝状体其壳孢子放散量与传统品种几乎一样,完全能满足生产大规模采苗要求。申福1号苗种下海养殖1个月,其藻体平均长度是传统品种的2倍多,表现出生长快,生长期长,不易成熟,色泽好等优点,增产增值效果很显著。

     

    Abstract: The experiment had been conducted for 3 years from 2003 to 2005. The rearing condition of conchocelis of Shenfu No.1 was the same as the traditional ones, and the quantity discharged conchospores from the conchocelis of Shenfu No.1 was almost the same as the traditional ones, which could meet the demand of seeding and rearing in a large scale farming. After one month farming of conchosporelings of Shenfu No.1 in the sea, the average length of gametophytic blade was over twice as much as the traditional ones Shenfu No.1 had the advantage of faster growth rate, later mature and longer growth period, good color and luster. The results for increasing production and value were significant.
