对虾肠道微生物菌群的研究进展

Research progress of intestinal microbial flora in shrimp

  • 摘要: 肠道微生物菌群结构和功能在对虾生长中具有重要作用,与对虾营养代谢、能量平衡、免疫防御和胃肠道发育等生理过程紧密相关,是维持机体肠道内环境稳定的重要因素。文章综述了对虾肠道正常菌群的营养、消化、免疫和屏障等生理功能,分析了对虾肠道菌群结构与组成的影响因素,介绍了对虾肠道菌群结构的主要研究方法,并展望了对虾肠道菌群未来的研究趋势。

     

    Abstract: The intestinal structure and function of microbial flora play an important role in shrimp growth,are closely related to the physiological process of nutrition metabolism, energy balance, immune defense and gastrointestinal development, and essential to keep the stability of internal environment. The paper reviews the nutrition, digestion, immune and physiological function of shrimp intestinal microbial flora, analyzes the influence factors of the shrimp intestinal microbial flora structure and composition, and introduces the main research method of shrimp structure of shrimp intestinal microbial flora, so as to put forward the prospects of its application in shrimp aquaculture.
