淡水驯化养殖条件下遮目鱼幼鱼的成活、生长及鳃器官的变化

Survival, growth and changes of gills of juvenile Chanos chanos under freshwater acclimation

  • 摘要: 研究了淡水驯化养殖条件下遮目鱼(Chanos chanos)幼鱼的成活、生长及鳃器官组织学变化。遮目鱼幼鱼经6 d 的驯化至淡水,养殖30 d。试验结束后统计成活率、增重率和特定生长率,取幼鱼鳃观察结构变化,并与未经驯化直接投入淡水条件下以及在自然海水条件下养殖的幼鱼进行比较分析。试验结果表明,在淡水驯化条件下遮目鱼幼鱼具有较高的成活率(100%)、增重率(664.96113)%和特定生长率(6.770.52)%。鳃器官组织学观察发现,淡水条件下遮目鱼幼鱼鳃小片上增生出大量线粒体丰富细胞,这可能是遮目鱼幼鱼在淡水条件下保持较高成活率的原因之一。

     

    Abstract: We investigated the survival, growth and changesof gills of juvenile milkfish (Chanos chanos) under freshwater acclimation. At the end of the 30-day experiment, the survival rate, weight gain rate and specific growth rate were recorded; the gills of juveniles were observed and compared with those cultured under freshwater without acclimation and sea water. The highest survival rate (100%), weight gain rate (664.96113)% and specific growth rate (6.770.52)% of juveniles were obtained under freshwater acclimation. Large numbers of mitochondrion-rich cells were observed on branchial lamellae of juveniles in freshwater. It might be one of reasons for the high survival rate of juvenile C.chaos under condition of freshwater.
