温度对施獭蛤稚贝的生长和成活的影响

Effect of temperature on growth and survival of juvenile Lutraria sieboldii

  • 摘要: 采用试验生态学方法,在温度8~34 ℃、海水盐度为29.0、初始稚贝平均壳高为(1.770.21)mm、壳长为(2.890.32)mm的室内控温的条件下,研究了温度对施獭蛤(Lutraria sieboldii)稚贝生长和成活的影响,以期为稚贝的中培提供基础材料。结果表明,稚贝适宜生存和生长的温度范围分别为16.3~31.5 ℃和18.5~31.8 ℃,最适生存和生长的温度范围分别为25~28 ℃和25~30 ℃;最适生存和生长温度在适宜温度范围内明显偏向高温端,随着温度的升高或降低,稚贝的成活率、壳长和壳高的日增长均呈现逐渐下降趋势,高温端下降速率显著高于低温端;在低温端,稚贝壳长日增长速度滞后于壳高的日增长速度,壳长生长受抑制,但在最适生存温度25~28℃范围内,壳长日增长速度比壳高快,壳长生长能力强于壳高,与前述现象相反,在高温端这种倾向不明显。

     

    Abstract: We studied the effect of temperature on the survival and growth of juvenile Lutraria sieboldii average shell height: (2.89 0.32) mm, average shell length: (1.77 0.21) mm at salinity of 29.0 and temperature of 8~34 ℃. The results reveal that the suitable temperatures for survival and growth of juveniles were 16.3~31.5 ℃ and 18.5~31.8 ℃, respectively; the optimum temperatures for survival and growth were 25~28 ℃ and 25~30 ℃, respectively. The optimum temperatures for survival and growth bent towards high-temperature side obviously. The survival and daily growth rate of juveniles shell length and height showed a decreasing trend and high-temperature side decreased more significantly than low-temperature side. On low-temperature side, the daily growth of shell length was slower than that of shell height; however, the former exceeded the latter within the optimum temperature range of 25~28 ℃, which was contrary to the aforementioned trend, but was unobvious on high-temperature side.
