瓶鼻海豚成体骨骼系统的度量特征

  • 摘要: 文章将收藏于广州海洋馆的瓶鼻海豚(Tursiops truncatus)标本解剖并制取骨骼标本1副,对其骨骼系统作了较为全面的测量和相关的统计分析。结果表明,瓶鼻海豚V型骨最大高、最大宽和最大厚等尺度均呈现先逐渐变大、后逐渐变小的特点;腰椎质量与体长之间存在明显的线性关系(R2=0.930 6);尾椎质量与椎体高之间、质量与椎体长之间均存在明显的幂函数关系(R2=0.976 7,R2=0.940 7);幂函数能很好地拟合V型骨质量与最大高之间的数学关系(R2=0.932 0);左、右肋骨完全对称;左、右胸肋完全对称。瓶鼻海豚骨骼各椎体质量与体长之间的函数关系可能反映了各椎体的某种生长规律,如线性生长或等速生长。

     

    Abstract: In this study, a Tursiops truncatus sample from Guangzhou Aquarium was anatomized, and a set of skeleton was obtained, which was measured overall. This paper aims to make some supplement to the results of previous studies and to the record and data accumulation of existing work as well. The results show that the maximum height, the maximum width and the maximum thickness scales of V type skeleton of bottlenose dolphins gradually become larger at first, then become smaller; and the weight and length of lumbar spine are significantly linear correlated(R2=0.930 6) . Besides, weight and height, as well as weight and length of coccygeal vertebra have significant power functions correlation (R2=0.976 7, R2=0.940 7). Moreover, power function could be well used to fit the correlation between the weight and maximum height of the V type bone (R2=0.932 0). The left rib and right rib are symmetrical. The functional relationship between the mass and body length may indicate the regularity of growth of vertebraes such as linear growth or constant growth.
