大亚湾杨梅坑海域投礁前后浮游植物群落结构及其与环境因子的关系

Community structure of phytoplankton and its relationship with environmental factors before and afterconstruction of artificial reefs in Yangmeikeng in Daya Bay

  • 摘要: 根据2007年4月、2008年5月、2009年5月在大亚湾杨梅坑人工鱼礁海域进行的3个春季航次生态、环境综合调查资料,研究了投礁前后杨梅坑海域浮游植物群落结构特征及其年际变动。结果表明,杨梅坑海域共鉴定浮游植物151种,以硅藻种类最多;调查期间浮游植物种类组成变化不大,但优势种的年际更替明显;丰度呈上升趋势,K优势度曲线的群落多样性分析表明,群落多样性由高到低依次为2008年5月2007年4月2009年5月,前后3次调查群落多样性差异较大。聚类(cluster)及多维尺度分析(multidimensional scaling, MDS)显示,3次调查中杨梅坑海域东部、中部、西部的站位倾向于分别聚类在一起,研究的区域可能受海流影响较大;礁区与对照区的差异不明显。冗余分析(redundancy analysis, RDA)表明,水温和水深、盐度、总悬浮物是影响该海域浮游植物栖息密度及空间分布的主要环境因子。

     

    Abstract: Over three consecutive spring surveys(2007~2009), we have investigated the phytoplankton community structure and its inter-annual changes in Yangmeikeng artificial reef area, Daya Bay, South China Sea. We identified a total of 151 phytoplankton species, among which diatom is the major group. During the three years, the phytoplankton species composition hadno significant differencewhile the dominant species had undergone significant annual succession; the richness had increased significantly, indicating that the artificial fish reef may have promote phytoplanktons growth. The K-dominance curves show that annual variation of phytoplankton community diversity is obvious (May, 2008April, 2007May, 2009), which suggests that the phytoplankton community structure is unstable. The cluster and multidimensional scaling analysis (MDS) shows that the eastern, central and western survey stations in the research area tend to cluster together respectively, which indicates that the area could be influenced greatly by current. Additionally, the difference between the reef area and the control area is unobvious, indicating the impact of the artificial reef could spread to the whole survey area due to the areas small scope. The redundancy analysis (RDA) shows that temperature, depth, salinity and total suspended solids are main environmental factors influencing the phytoplankton density and spatial distribution. In conclusion, the artificial reef may have effect on the research area, but the unstable influence needs longer continuous surveillance.
