不同生长发育阶段方格星虫氨基酸组成的研究

Amino acid composition of peanut worm Sipunculus nudus at different growth stages

  • 摘要: 以方格星虫(Sipunculus nudus)幼虫、稚虫和成虫为试验材料,比较分析了不同生长发育阶段方格星虫的主要营养成分及氨基酸组成的变化。结果显示,幼虫、稚虫和成虫的粗蛋白含量分别为56.46%、66.40%和74.84%,粗脂肪含量分别为2.51%、2.65%和2.95%,粗灰分含量分别为30.89%、18.88%和7.86%,总糖含量分别为8.35%、5.81%和5.62%,水分分别为93.54%、89.04%和85.95%。随着方格星虫的生长发育,粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量逐渐升高,粗灰分、总糖和水分含量逐渐降低。大部分氨基酸的百分含量在一定的阶段内随着个体的生长发育呈显著升高的趋势(P0.05);3个生长阶段甘氨酸(Gly)和组氨酸(His)分别为2.90%、6.94%、5.57%和1.15%、1.51%、1.48%,在幼虫到稚虫阶段均显著增加(P0.05),成虫阶段Gly显著降低(P0.05),His则保持相对恒定。3个生长阶段必需氨基酸(EAA)/总氨基酸(TAA)分别为31.98%、27.56%和32.61%,差异显著(P0.05),成虫最高;稚虫呈味氨基酸(DAA)/TAA最高,为58.76%,幼虫和成虫无明显差异(P0.05)。

     

    Abstract: We compared and analyzed the nutritive components and amino acid composition of peanut worm (Sipunculus nudus)at larval, juvenile and adult stages. The crude protein contentsat those 3 stages were 56.46%, 66.40% and 74.84%, respectively; the crude lipid contents were 2.51%, 2.65% and 2.95%, respectively; the crude ash contents were 30.89%, 18.88% and 7.86%, respectively; the total sugar contents were 8.35%, 5.81% and 5.62%, respectivley; the moisture contents were 93.54%, 89.04% and 85.95%, respectively. With the growth of S.nudus, the contents of crude protein and lipidincreased gradually, whilethose of crude ash, total sugar and moisture decreased. Thecontents of most amino acids increased significantly. The contents of Glycine (Gly) and Histidine (His)at the 3 stages were 2.90%, 6.94%, 5.57% and 1.15%, 1.51% ,1.48%, respectively; they increased significantly in larval and juvenile stages (P0.05);at adult stage, the contents of Gly decreased significantly (P0.05) while that of His remained relatively stable. The EAA/TAA ratesat the 3 stages were 31.98%, 27.56% and 32.61%, respectively, whose difference is significant (P0.05). The DAA/TAA rate at larval stage was the highest(58.76%), but there is no significant difference between juvenile and adult stages (P0.05).
