秦岭细鳞鲑黑河种群和湑水河种群的遗传多样性分析

Analysis of the genetic diversity in Heihe River and Xushuihe River populations of Qinling Brachymystax lenok

  • 摘要: 采用RAPD技术对秦岭细鳞鲑Brachymystax lenok黑河种群和湑水河种群的遗传多样性进行分析,以科学地评价其种群遗传结构。结果表明,黑河种群的多态位点比例(P)为25.8%,种群平均杂合度(H)为0.1782,Shannon多样性指数(H0)为0.6520;湑水河种群的P为23.4%,H为0.1526,H0为0.05214。黑河种群内各个体之间的遗传相似度(F)为0.9495,遗传距离(d)为0.0664;湑水河种群内各个体之间的F为0.9549,d为0.0556;2个群体之间的遗传距离(D)为0.0152。分析结论是2个种群具有较低的遗传多样性。

     

    Abstract: The RAPD method was explored to analyse the genetic diversity in Heihe River and Xushuihe River populations of Qinling Brachymystax lenok to evaluate their genetic structure scientifically.The proportion of polymorphic loci, mean expected heterozygosity and Shannon's index of the Heihe River population were 25.8%, 0.1782 and 0.6520, respectively, and those for the Xushuihe River population were 23.4%, 0.1526 and 0.05214, respectively. The genetic similarities within the Heihe River and the Xushuihe River populations were 0.9495 and 0.9549, and their genetic distances were 0.0664 and 0.0556. The genetic distance between the two populations was 0.0152. The genetic diversity of the two populations was relatively low.
