光照及温度对N-二甲基亚硝胺和N-二乙基亚硝胺降解的影响研究

Influence of light and temperature on degradation of N-nitrosodimethylamine and N-nitrosodiethylamine

  • 摘要: 文章研究了光照及温度对N-二甲基亚硝胺(NDMA)和N-二乙基亚硝胺(NDEA)降解的影响。试验结果表明,NDMA和NDEA在光照作用下迅速降解,初始浓度分别为60.88和60.06 ngmL-1的NDMA和NDEA在光照4 h后浓度变为10.88和7.57 ngmL-1,分别下降了82.13%和87.39%。方差分析结果表明,光照对NDMA和NDEA的降解有显著性影响(P0.05)。在4~50℃温度范围内,NDMA和NDEA降解不明显;温度大于50℃时对NDMA和NDEA的降解有显著影响(P0.05)。

     

    Abstract: Influence of light and temperature on degradation of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) and N-nitrosodiethylamine (NDEA) was studied. The result showed that NDMA and NDEA degraded rapidly under the light. The concentration of NDMA and NDEA decreased from 60.88 and 60.06 ngmL-1 to 10.88 (82.13%) and 7.57 (87.39%) ngmL-1, respectively, when exposing to sun light for 4 h. The analysis of variance showed that the light had a significant influence on degradation of NDMA and NDEA (P0.05). The degradation of NDMA and NDEA was not significant from 4 to 50℃, but significant when the temperature was higher than 50℃ (P0.05).
