东沙群岛珊瑚礁海域鱼类物种分类多样性研究

Taxonomic diversity of fish species in coral reef area from Dongsha Islands

  • 摘要: 根据南海东沙群岛珊瑚礁海域鱼类物种种类组成的历史资料,系统整理了鱼类物种组成,并计算了东沙海域的平均分类差异指数(△+)和分类差异变异指数(+)。结果显示,东沙珊瑚礁海域共记录鱼类18目,68科,173属,403种,鲈形目鱼类占绝对优势。△+约为55.2,低于黄、渤海、长江口和东海陆架海域(P0.01),+约为110,低于黄、渤海、长江口(P0.01)和东海陆架海域(P0.05)。大尺度上,一般纬度越低,中国海洋鱼类△+越小,表明珊瑚礁鱼类群落物种的亲缘关系要比陆架和河口区域的接近。

     

    Abstract: Based on the historical data on the composition of fish species in coral reefs from Dongsha Islands, South China Sea, the recorded fish species composition was updated, and the average taxonomic distinctness △+ and variation in taxonomic distinctness + were tested. The result indicated that a total of 403 species were devided into 173 genera, 68 families and 18 orders, while Perciforms dominated in species abundance. The mean △+ was about 55.2, lower than that in Huanghai and Bohai seas, the Yangtze River Estuary and the East China Sea Continental Shelf (P0.01). The mean + was about 110, also lower than that in these areas. However, there was no significant differences between Dongsha Islands and East China Sea Continent Shelf (P0.05). The △+ of marine fishes generally displayed a positive relationship with latitude on a large scale, deemed that the relationship among fish species in Dongsha area was more closely related than continental shelf and estuary area.
