水产品中酸价测定方法的研究

A method for determination of acid value in aquatic products

  • 摘要: 用容量分析法研究了水产品中酸价的测定方法。样品中的油脂经乙醚-乙醇混合溶剂提取后,用酚酞作指示剂,以氢氧化钾标准溶液滴定,计算出水产品的酸价。以消耗的氢氧化钾毫升数计算回收率,添加0.100 g油酸的平均回收率为94.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.53%(n=6);添加0.200 g油酸的平均回收率为96.1%,RSD为4.01%。

     

    Abstract: A reliable analytical method based on volumetry was developed for the determination of acid value in aquatic products. Samples were extracted with mixed solvent including diethylether and ethanol; thenthey weretitrated with potassium hydroxide. The titration end point was indicated by dihydroxyphthalophenone. The recovery was calculated based on potassium hydroxide consumed in titration. The average recoveries at the levels of 0.100 g and 0.200 g were 94.3% and 96.1%; RSDs were 3.53% and 4.01% (n=6), respectively.
