静态注射化学发光法测定水样中的溶解氧

Determination of dissolved oxygen in water by static injection chemiluminescence

  • 摘要: 基于Luminol-I2化学发光体系,建立了一种静态注射化学发光法测量水中溶解氧的测定方法。该方法灵敏度高,试剂用量少。线性范围(DO)为0.20~15.00 mgL-1。对浓度为0.20 mgL-1的DO平行测定10次,相对标准偏差2.76%。样品回收率介于95%~105%之间。试验表明,该方法适合水体中溶解氧的测定。

     

    Abstract: A static injection chemiluminescence was developed to measure thedissolved oxygen (DO) of water based on the chemiluminescence reaction of Luminol with Iodine in buffer medium. This method had been proved to be sensitive but consuming smaller amounts of chemicals than conventional ones. It showed that the DO was detected linearly within the concentration range of 0.20~15.00 mgL-1. The relative standard deviation (n=10) was 2.76% for 0.20 mgL-1 DO. The recoveries of Iodine were between 95% and 105%. The results indicated that this methodcould be used to determine DO in water.
