Experiment in industrial artificial breeding of Cyclina sinensis used sea mud as adherings substance

This experiment was conducted by using sea mud as adhering substance in Hatchery of Guandong Salt Farm, Jiangsu from Jun.28 to Oct.12, 2004. Average output is 96.7g · m^-3(66.8×10⁴ ind · m^-3)in volume of 87.5 m³ for the first group. The second group is 108.8 g · m^-3(40.5×10⁴ ind · m³)in volume of 70.0 m³. The third group is 96.0 g · m^-3(49.9×10⁴ ind · m^-3) in volume of 105.0 m³. Output of juveniles in period of single water nozzle was 104 600 g(55 665.1×10⁴ ind) of all of three groups in 262.5 m³. The average yield is 99.6 g · m^-3(53.0×10⁴ ind · m^-3)and percentage of adhering reached 86%~88%。
