Study on distribution of hemocyanin in different tissues of Haliotis diversicolor
The distribution of hemocyanin in different tissues of Haliotis diversicolor was studied by immunohistochemistry. The optimum concentration of primary antibody was evaluated by Western blotting. Hemocyanin was shown to distribute in every issue, with stronger intensity of hybridization signal in hepatopancreas, mantle and branchia than in alimentary canal and pleopod.
