Acute toxic effects of four Chinese herb additives on white cloud mountain fish Tanichthrs altbonubes

  • The toxicity of four Chinese herb additives to white cloud mountain fish (Tanichthrs altbonubes) was studied under the laboratory ecological conditions. The results indicated that the order of four Chinese herb additives from strong to weak was Allicin>LBP>APS>LNT. The safe concentration of these additives for white cloud mountain fish was 10.89, 156.81, 239.49 and 278.92 mg · L-1, respectively. The experimental results could provide fundamental references for the researches on the effects of the Chinese herb additives on aquatic organisms.
