Application of artificial neural networks to ocean sciences
Artificial neural networks(ANN) was widely used in various fields such as red tide forecasts, assessment of the quality of seawater, marine forecast, the prediction of marine primary productivity research as well as assessment of fishery resources. The trend and limitations of ANN applications is detaily discussed and analyzed in this paper.
